The 8th China Xiamen International Stone Fair (Xiamen Stone Fair 2008) will be held to showcase the largest and finest selection of natural stone and stone machinery on March 6-9, 2008, in the coastal city of Xiamen, China.

 

Xiamen Stone Fair 2008 will further expand the scale to the 75,000 m2 exhibition area with 1,000 exhibitors coming from China, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Iran, Brazil, India, Australia, Portugal, France, South Africa, Egypt, Israel, Sweden, Norway, Pakistan, Canada, Germany, Finland, Japan, Palestine, and Vietnam. Exhibitors from Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Thailand will first showcase their best samples in this edition.

 

According to the organisers, the space of Xiamen Stone Fair sells well. The international exhibition hall has been reserved almost completely. Formerly planned exhibition halls for domestic exhibitors had been fully booked before the end of September, 2007. To accommodate the demand of other exhibitors, the committee has speedily opened another new exhibition hall on the third floor-Hall V, with an area of 3,000 m2 occupied by 180 standard booths.

 

The 7th Xiamen Stone Fair 2007 was visited by 50,136 trade visitors and 850 exhibitors.
